Christophe MAILLEFER

Background

Holder of the Bar exam since 1996, Christophe Maillefer joined the Gros & Waltenspuhl firm in 1997 and became a partner in 2004. Christophe worked as an assistant at the College of Europe in Bruges, as well as for several law firms specializing in commercial law, in competition law and European law in Zurich, Brussels as well as Geneva. He works primarily in intellectual property law, contractual law as well as competition and sports law.

Finally, he was also a member of the Anti-Counterfeit Committee of the ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association).

Father of two children, Christophe enjoys several sports such as golf, biking and ski.

Languages: French, English German and Spanish (basis knowledge).

Sport: Golf, cycling, ski and tennis.
