Clémence LAFFY

Background

At the end of her studies in Management and Marketing, Clémence Laffy starts her career within the Richemont Group by an internship in New York at Cartier. Passionate about both watchmaking and jewelry, she pursues as Product manager, then National Wholesale Manager at Van Cleef & Arpels. After 4 years in New York, she decides to move closer to her Parisian cradle and joins Piaget Headquarters in Geneva.

Her natural ability to transmit her passion for artisanal know-how, mixed with her selling skills, Clemence has contributed to the development of the Piaget sales teams. Today, she finds her strength and energy in people and the potential she foresees in them. She is now in charge of training and development for all Piaget staff, from production to management and sales, as Global Learning & Development Manager. In her private life, she is a mother of 2 children. She is particularly involved in the High school’s animation as the President of the ‘Foyer Socio-Educatif’. She takes advantage of the weekends to return to her sources of simple happiness in the mountains, both in summer and winter.
